Besides SIA and Thai Airways, I am also monitoring the monthly airfare deals for Cathay Pacific. Cathay Pacific, being the national carrier for Hong Kong must have good airfare deals to Hong Kong in certain months.

The above prices are inclusive of airport taxes and surcharges.
During Natas fair 2010 in February, Cathay Pacific airfare deals are for travel from 1 March to 30 June 2009.
In March 2010 (post Natas fair 2010), airfare prices generally increase and Cathay Pacific took away its airfare promotions to Europe.
