Royal Caribbean Cruise – Port of Call At Phuket

Last year, I went on a 5 nights cruise vacation on Royal Caribbean Cruise. One of the port of call is at lovely Phuket. There is complimentary boat which sends guests from cruise to the jetty at Patong Beach.

The drop off point is very convenient. You really land up on the heart of Patong Beach, where you can find all street markets selling clothes, hunt for spicy thai food and even pamper yourself to a Thai message.For those who love the sun and beach, lazing around Patong Beach seems an ideal option as well.

As we have been to Phuket for a few times, we decided to go for a cheap and good Thai massage. We saw this shop after our lunch. The massage salon looks clean, so we negotiated for Thai massage for 4 adults, manicure and pedicure for my girl. The whole treatment is only Baht 1200 (roughly SGD50)

Needless to say, we enjoyed the massage the most on our Phuket day trip.We went back to the cruise after the massage, but there is really no hurry as guests are given one full day and can board the cruise in the evening.
